  1. PUNT E MES 750 mL

    PUNT E MES 750 mL

    $25.00

A vermouth that is somewhere in between an Italian sweet vermouth and an amaro. Dark notes of coffee, cola, quinine, clove, and bitter orange give this rich bittersweet its substance. Holds up amazingly in cocktails or in a glass on its own for a more intensely bittersweet drink.

  2. FRED JERBIS BITTER 750 mL

    FRED JERBIS BITTER 750 mL

    $38.00

Fred’s Bitter is lighter bodied and less aggressive than some of the other aperitivos on the market, but still intense enough to find its way into a Negroni variation or a refreshing spritz. With 34 botanicals, this is a complex spirit that will reveal something new each time you try it. Hints of smoke, earthiness, and OG bubblegum.

  3. FRED JERBIS VERMUT 750 mL

    FRED JERBIS VERMUT 750 mL

    $38.00

The sweet vermouth is bold, made with 25 herbs and a homemade caramel that provides a rich backbone. It’s perfect for sipping on its own, but I wouldn’t hesitate to let it elevate your favorite cocktails. I’d definitely throw this one in a Reverse Manhattan at your next cocktail soiree, while announcing, “my vermouth tastes like cherry cola.”

  4. SCARPA VERMOUTH DI TORINO 750 mL

SCARPA VERMOUTH DI TORINO 750 mL

    $35.00

Popularized in the US by other brands from the region, it’s never a bad idea to pick up a bottle from vermouth di Torino. Antica Casa Vinicola Scarpa has been producing traditional wines in the Monferrato hills of southeast Piemonte since 1854, and are likely known for their wine production rather than vermouth. The category of Vermouth di Torino is defined as ‘an aromatised wine obtained in Piedmont using Italian wine only, with the addition of alcohol, flavoured mainly with Artemisia from Piedmont together with other herbs and spices.’ Scarpa has nice bright acidity up front and a strong backbone to provide structure. It works great in your favorite cocktails so make sure you put a Manhattan in your Friday plans.

  5. VERMUT LUSTAU 750 mL

    VERMUT LUSTAU 750 mL

    $23.00
  6. ALESSIO CHINATO VERMOUTH 750 mL

    ALESSIO CHINATO VERMOUTH 750 mL

    $31.00

Alessio Vermouth Chinato is also based on a classic recipe from the late 19th century combined with the additional bittering of Cinchona bark and more than 25 other balancing herbs, including Grande and Petite Wormwood, and reflects an almost-lost style of bitter vermouth. The slightly lower ABV than the Vermouth di Torino Rosso helps highlight this Chinato vermouth's backbone and aromatics, making it a complex alternative to sweet vermouth in cocktails as well as excellent on its own.

  7. ALESSIO VERMOUTH DI TORINO 750 mL

ALESSIO VERMOUTH DI TORINO 750 mL

    $25.00

Based on a classic di Torino recipe from the late 19th century, Alessio Vermouth di Torino Rosso is designed to be enjoyed as what was commonly called a "Vino di Lusso" (luxury wine), a wine thoroughly consumed on its own. Created with a fine Piedmont wine as the base, this authentic Vermouth di Torino contains both Grande and Petite Wormwood, along with over 25 other pharmaceutical-grade herbs, roots and spices. As a result, this vermouth offers a full mouth-feel that contributes weight to a cocktail, and slightly bitter but bright, refreshing citrus and herbal notes that lengthen the finish. This is a dense, dark vermouth — bittersweet with notes of licorice root, baking spices, and dark chocolate. It works well as a cocktail ingredient, but can quite easily be enjoyed on its own

Made to a family recipe created more than 100 years ago. A rich taste with vibrant notes of cocoa and bitter orange. From the infusion of some noble and balsamic woods, this will finish with light aromas of camphor and rosemary notes. Excellent in cocktails or on its own over ice with an orange twist.
