    True Creme de Cassis, Dijon hold protected geographical status from the French Ministry of Agriculture and Briotlet Creme de Cassis is the standard by which other cassis must be judged. It begins with true fruit Noir de Bourgogne blackcurrants macerated in neutral spirit for at least two full months, then pressed to extract all the flavor and color available. Use in white wine for a traditional Kir or champagne for a Kir Royale.

    The Wachau Apricot Distillery was the first of its kind in its home of Krems-Stein, Austria opening its doors in 1872. Fully ripened apricots are pitted and pressed, fermented in a controlled, traditional way and finally undergo a triple distillation process. It’s this process that delivers a wonderful, intensively fruity apricot brandy of, particularly high quality.
