• Young & Yonder Spirits is an artisan craft distillery led by husband and wife team Joshua and Sarah Opatz. The distillery is located in downtown Healdsburg, in the epicenter of world renown Sonoma County, California. 

  Their California Amaro embodies the classical Italian approach of using a variety of herbs, flowers, roots, and citrus to create a complex array of flavors and aromas, underlined with the classic bitter-sweet balance the defines the amaro category. They focus on creating rich citrus flavors in this spirit through the use of grapefruit, orange, and lemon peel. It’s a lower ABV spirit and pairs well with club soda, but traditionally known as a digestif, typically consumed neat or on the rocks.
