A Cask exclusive single barrel bottled at 53.49%. This three-grain recipe is 56 percent rye, 33 percent corn and 11 percent malted barley. This rye mash bill is one created for a broader balance of flavor to offset the typical high ryes commonly found. Wilderness Trail uses Kentucky-grown Heritage rye from a local KY Proud farm. The spirit entered new, air-dried #4 char, 53-gallon barrels and was matured for 5 years and 5 months.
