• Varnelli family producers since the mid 1800's harvests most of the herbs and roots from Mount Sibilla where they also collect the honey used to sweeten it. Its liquor-like mouth-feel carries its evolution from the softly sweet and floral nose to a bright, bitter, and herbal finish. This one is unfiltered and bottled at 21% abv. Bitter, light bodied, cloudy and dry.
