Description
From the San Baltazar Guelavila region in Oaxaca, Mezcal Union Uno Joven is made from 80% Espadin and 20% Cirial agave. The 20 year old Cirial imparts some unusual soft fruit notes and a degree of body one doesn't often encounter in younger mezcals. The smoke is understated in order to accentuate the more lush agave, aloe, and fruit notes in the bottling.
