• The Talisker distillery was founded in 1830, Talisker is the only distillery on the Isle of Skye, giving it a "terroir" unlike any other scotch. This 25-year-old scotch comes from the Talisker distillery located in the Island region of Scotland. On the nose, there is honeysuckle, beeswax, hints of smoke, pineapple, and lychee. This scotch gives the palate notes of freshly cut boards, tropical fruit, muddy peat, hint of violet, juicy orange, light smoke. Finally the finish lends anise, light wood and sawdust, floral notes that linger.
