• Is it a rum? Is it a whiskey?  This one is tough to classify, but it’s delicious and local and that’s what really counts. For now we’ve got it placed in the experimental whiskey area, but you could certainly make an argument for rum…. Distilled from molasses, malted barley, corn and honey, it’s absolutely a sipper, but it also makes a darn good Manhattan or Old Fashioned too. Very rich, but yet still balanced. A perfect match for crisp Autumn weather.
