The COGNAC PARK Borderies Mizunara is aged 4 years in French oak barrels, mainly from the Limousin. After 10 months in new barrels the cognac is transferred to used casks. At the end of its aging period, the blend is finishing for 6 months in new Japanese oak barrels, called Mizunara. Park Cognac Borderies Mizunara is marked by its soft, round taste and floral notes. The finishing in Japanese oak casks brings unctuosity and depth and confers complex, spicy notes.
