Mountain Meadow is part of Lost Lantern’s Single Distillery Series where they collaborate with smaller distilleries to highlight their unique and meticulous craft responsible for creating some of the best whiskeys. .
While this release has 600 bottles, I was told that St. George loved the final result so much they held on to more than originally planned, which left less for the general public. It’s not the “Lot” releases, but does have similar characteristics. Mountain Meadow has big floral and pine notes, like a Northern California mountain. Also look for notes of peach, citrus, chocolate, lemon, pine, big red and a lovely maltiness.
