This Special Edition Single Cask of the ImpEx Cask Evolution series was selected by Anthony Wills, Kilchoman Master Distiller exculsivly for the US. The whisky was matured for over 10 years in an ex-bourbon barrel.
Nose: Vanilla, marzipan and citrus sweetness with waves of martime peat smoke.
Palate: Caramel, butterscotch with juicy tropical fruit, stone fruit and lemont tart. The finish is rich, smooth and salty with layers of fruity sweetness and peat smoke.
