• Blessed by California botanicals. Juniper berry is complemented by local pistachios, thyme, coriander seed, cardamom, ginger root, black pepper, meyer lemon, shiso, & our garden’s own nasturtium blossoms.

  New American Style of gin that brings in unique ingredients to a traditional spirit. This gin provides bright Juniper flavors with cardamon lingering on the palate. 

  Judges described as “Delicious sipping,”  “a stunner,” and “delightful winter gin."

  ‘Balanced and interesting, unique, great saline quality, grassiness and freshness.  Only becomes more pleasant with dilution.  Made me go ‘wow’ when I tasted it.
