Coffee is a fruit, and every year, millions of tons of it are discarded in order to extract the bean at its center. Good Vodka is distilled entirely from that sweet, fleshy fruit, redirecting it from landfills and waterways where it would otherwise go to waste. This gives every bottle of Good Vodka a carbon footprint of -15.76 kgco2e–the equivalent offset of a gasoline-powered car driving 40 miles. At the same time, it provides a ripe, hand-picked, organic fruit from which to make alcohol. The result is smooth, yet big in flavor, with a rich viscosity and notes of vanilla and black pepper. This bottling is sourced from smallholder farms in the Caldas region of Colombia.
