• Found North Batch 011 Cask Strength Whisky pays tribute to the blend that helped define the brand’s identity: Batch 002. While early releases favored rye-forward profiles, Batch 011 returns to a corn-dominant mash bill—layering six aged corn whiskies, two ryes, and a standout new wood cask of Peregrine First Flight. The result is a deeply balanced whisky that showcases richness, spice, and layered complexity.

  Each component—from 18 to 24 years old—is selected to highlight three key elements: wood, vanillin, and spice. The interplay of new wood and ex-bourbon casks brings warm baking spice, sweet maple, and creamy textures to the forefront.

  Expect dense aromatics of pine, vanilla, and honeycomb, followed by flavors of caramel, cinnamon, burnt marshmallow, and brandied cherry. The finish lingers with clove, graham cracker, and molasses.
