Description

• Domaine de Colette is located in the Regnie appellation in the Southern part of Beaujolais betwen Brouilly and Morgon. Their wines are made from pure hand-harvested Gamay and show surprising structure and depth due to their old vines and low yields. From their deep colors come aromas of ripe fruits (cherry, cassis, strawberry), while in the mouth they are medium to full-bodied with round, soft tetures that make them extremely versatile at the table.
