• A younger distillery, distilling only started commencing in 1966 after the demand for cotton diminished. Located in Speyside, and offering an completely unpeated portfolio of whisky’s. The flavors of this 12 year are bright and fresh, with notes of citrus, fresh hay, malty cereal, rich creamy toffee and honeyed heather on the nose. On the palate, the Deanston 12 has a clean creamy sweetness with sumptuous hints of fruit, malty honeyed spiciness and soft vanilla and a touch of salinity. This is a gentle, easy-going whisky that will appeal to all.
