Description

• This quintessential Provençal rosé is made from a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault from hillside vineyards with stony clay-limestone soils. It undergoes a cold skin contact maceration before pressing and fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, and is aged on its lees in the same tanks. It is fined and filtered before bottling.  This red-fruit and floral scented, pale-colored rosé has an elegant, mineraled palate, making it perfect for warm-weather cuisine like grilled chicken, vegetables, sushi, tapenades, flatbreads or cold pasta salads.
