Description

• Cask Islay is a small batch release from A.D. Rattray from an undisclosed distillery on the island. A whisky that will entice both Islay fans and be a great place for people interested in this category to start.

  This was matured in ex-bourbon barrels and ex-sherry hogsheads. 

  On the palate, honeyed orange peel, sea salt,  and a rich peat smoke throught. Apple and smoke finish.
