Description

• This additive-free tequila is made from Blue Weber Agave grown in the Jalisco lowlands.  After harvesting, the agaves are oven-roasted, then extracted via roller mill.  The fermentation is done in stainless steel without the agave fibers, and with deep well water.  It is twice distilled in a copper pot still, then aged in ex bourbon barrels for 6 to 8 months.  Tasting notes include pronounced aromas and flavors of vanilla, caramel, citrus and black pepper.
