• This Bunnahabhain Limited Release was specially selected for finishing in Palo Cortado casks. The rare sherry variety is known for its sweet, nutty, complex taste profile, which has imbued our Single Malt with hints of cocoa and nutmeg to create this delicious, mouth coating, dram. For this limited edition, master blender, Dr. Kristie McCallum, chose only the whisky with the perfect qualities for a finish in Palo Cortado. The reward is an elegant and enticing dram, a rare and distinctive Islay Single Malt. 

  Colour: Deep amber gold. 

  Nose: Fresh berries and cream, with pecan, walnut, oak, and vanilla.

  Palate: Mouth-coating, with dried fruit, roasted nuts, and a touch of cocoa.

  Finish: Long, dry finish with a hing of nutmeg.
