Three distillers orchestrate every second of the distilling process to give you that pre-1960’s Speysider style whiskey. On the nose, rich sherry with fruit and nut chocolate, delicate spice, green apples, malty biscuit and a touch of smoke. On the palate, juicy respberries and brambles, sherry, creamy malt, nuty with a touch of charred oak.
