Description

• Though you might know Atxa for their vermouths, this traditional Basque spirit is made with sloe berries and three types of local anise. The two are macerated separately and then blended together.  Not at all like sloe-gin, it tastes of licorice, light candied fruits, and anise. Great with tonic water as a low ABV cocktail or on its own as an aperitif.
