AQARA is born high in the Peruvian Andes, in Caraz (Qaaray), which in the Inka's language means "Place of Agaves" find in this bottle the essence of this ancient plant.
On the nose, Rito denotes earthy smoked baked vegetables, fat wash type, with notes of jerky and mountain smells that transport you to the Andes. sweet palate, with light dry mud flavor with smokey notes and earthy salt. Unctuous, long in the mouth with notes of guava, lemon verbena and liquorice.
