• This second release of Ambix Spirit's Poire is our love letter to the fresh flavors and complexity of the pear. This classic Pear William eau de vie is made entirely from ripe local and estate grown Bartlett pears, which are slowly fermented and double distilled in our traditional alambic charentais.  Aromas of Bartlett pears, melon, granite, and cardamom.
