• One of the many brilliant things about this amaro is that it is complex enough, delivering a satisfying bitter edge but apporachable and light enough to have as an aperitif due to its lower abv. all at once. It all makes sense considering the Genovese terroir it reflects with is famous pastels and coastal riviera energy. Its been made here for a century and it only seems to be better and more relevant than ever.
