Dolin Vermouths are light and dry with less pungency than other similar products. The mixture of plants found in the French Alpine area of Chambery give a fresh, restrained and elegant nose, with a subtle, complex bittersweet palate. Although sweet, the makers of Dolin Rouge are quick to point out that it is never cloying with just enough bitterness to wet the appetite. Excellent as aperitif on ice, with a twist of citrus, or in a broad array of traditional cocktails.
